By creating an account or using the Revmaxx application (“Platform”), you (“User”, “You”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) between you and Revmaxx LLC (“Revmaxx”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
You must be a licensed healthcare provider or an authorized representative of a healthcare organization. You represent and warrant that all registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.
Revmaxx offers AI-powered medical scribe services, including the automated generation of clinical documentation (such as SOAP notes) based on your inputs and uploads. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful and authorized purposes related to patient care and documentation.
You must not upload, transmit, or input any data that violates HIPAA, applicable privacy laws, or any third-party rights.
Revmaxx acts as a Business Associate under HIPAA. By using the Platform, you agree to the Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and confirm that you have obtained all necessary patient authorizations to input any PHI into the Platform.
Revmaxx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for its intended purposes. You may not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Platform;
Use the Platform to develop competing services;
Upload malicious code, scripts, or otherwise interfere with Platform functionality.
If you are using a paid subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees outlined during sign-up or specified in your agreement with Revmaxx. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public and proprietary information exchanged through the Platform and not to disclose such information to third parties without express written consent, unless required by law.
All content, software, design, and trademarks related to the Platform are the exclusive property of Revmaxx LLC. You may not use our name, logo, branding, or any proprietary content without prior written permission.
Revmaxx may suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of these Terms, the BAA, or applicable laws. Upon termination, your access to the Platform and any PHI stored therein will be governed by applicable legal obligations and our internal data retention policies.
The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Revmaxx disclaims all warranties including, but not limited to, those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revmaxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will notify users via the Platform or email. Continued use after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
