Physicians first need to sign in to their RevMaxx account and click through the “Integration” button to log in to their PointClickCare EHR and choose the facility from the “Fetch Facility” options.
During each visit, the RevMaxx AI medical scribe listens securely to the provider–patient conversation and automatically captures important details like symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment plans. It then creates structured clinical notes (SOAP format) with accurate medical billing codes in real time.
Once the note is generated, they can review it, make any necessary edits, and save their changes. When the note is finalized, simply click “Save to PointClickCare EHR”.
